Lead more, push less code?
Yes - if you are in a leadership position. But how to measure your work?
Measuring coding seems to be easier, because the metric seems to be more evident:
How much code is contributed?
How well is the test coverage?
How many projects are delivered?
But there are proper questions to answer to measure your work as a leader:
Do you create leadership opportunities?
Do you plan goals for your teammates?
Do you trust your teammates they do their job in which they are great?
